Customer Service & Shipping -I had two shipments of sunglasses. The first with Kelly went well. For the second shipping, Taylor was handling Kelly’s accounts. I delayed ordering the sunglaases because I did not want them to arrive early. Taylor said that she could manage the shipping date for whenever I desired. I specifically asked that the shipping NOT arrive until Dec 30 or after because I would not be at home and package would be sitting in front of my house subject to rain and theft. The package arrived a week prior to my arrival on Dec 30. The box was a soggy wet mess.
