Cancellation and Returns Policy
Sunglassville.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any prior explanation owing to the inherent circumstances such as delay in shipment due to some bad weather or labor conditions, or unavailability of stock, and etc. The company management will ensure that any communication regarding the cancellation and refund is made duly to avoid any hassles. Blank returns will have a 20% restocking fee or $20.00, whichever is greater.
Customers can -
- Inform us about cancellation before your order goes to production and we will process a refund..
- Approach our customer service department with information on delay of product
- Return the product within 10 days of receiving the shipment, without tampering its packing. We will consider the request only and only if the product is returned with original packing supported by warranty, instruction papers, and other accessories, if any.
