Customer Service & Shipping -I had a great experience with ordering from Sunglass Ville. I ordered roughly 200. I chose to pay after I received an artwork proof. I was sent over the proof on Monday. The design I chose was sent over as requested, but their artists sent over a second proof with an alternate color scheme because they believed it would show up better. I agreed and went with the alternate design given to me free of charge. I had a few questions and received a timely response that same day. I placed my order on a Sunday, after proof acceptance they started production on Monday, finished by Wednesday, and delivered the product on Friday.
