Product & Design Quality -The frames are light and easy to wear. The printing on the stems is clear and straight.

Customer Service & Shipping -The customer service was great. I have received a phone call shortly after placing the order to discuss it. I have also received a confirmation of the design before it went to the print shop and I had to confirm it. Communication about the shipping was also great.

Customer Service & Shipping -With my initial custom order, every pair of sunglasses in the box had some sort of printing issue on them. The words were spelled and centered correctly but the ink was not consistent. Some of the letters were missing or smudged or there were large ink blots on the sides, etc. I sent an email and picture to the Customer Service team and received a very quick response from Lauryn, the Account Manager who said she would look into my issue. Very shortly after that I received a second email from her letting me know my entire order would be replaced free of charge. This was so unexpected and greatly appreciated! I will definitely recommend this company to anyone that has a need for their product and I will be a returning customer as well!!
