Product & Design Quality -I was not an easy customer. I wanted my sunglasses to be perfect. I probably submitted about 20 proofs and never once did Louis make me feel like an inconvenience. He willingly helped me every step along the way and the sunglasses came back better than I could have ever imagined. Absolutely the best!
Customer Service & Shipping -Like I said above, Louis went above and beyond to help me and make me feel like a vauled customer. Every time I sent an email (and there were a ton) he would respond so fast and was the biggest help. Shipping was very fast and great!
