Product & Design Quality -Sunglasses were a nice fit and the logo turned out great!

Customer Service & Shipping -Online ordering items can sometimes be difficult or not user friendly. Working with sunglass ville was great. Not only was the order process easy but when they were reviewing my artwork they called me to see if they could make a tweak so the logo would stand out more. I appreciated their insight. They could have easily approved the artwork as is. They went the extra mile.

Product & Design Quality -The product came in perfect condition exactly how it was ordered.

Customer Service & Shipping -The shipping status of my order was rarely updated. My package wasn't shown as shipped until it had arrived at my house, which was very annoying because I was working with a deadline.
