Customer Service & Shipping -I talked on the phone with a customer service rep, who ensured me that my sunglasses would be here on time, as I ordered them without offering much time for shipping and the glasses were here with plenty of time.
Product & Design Quality -They came out exactly the way I wanted them. I didn't like that they were all individually wrapped in plastic. I wish you could opt for a more eco-friendly packaging option.
