Product & Design Quality -Great glasses for what we needed. Wedding stuff. Was a great thing to have on a sunny day and matched the personalities of the happy couple. I had a short turnaround time and they gave me all the options I needed while talking on the phone. Product came out great.
Customer Service & Shipping -Customer service was the most impressive part. Might be old school here but I live that I called and spoke with a person right away and they were super helpful and guided me through the short turnaround period I had. Very impressed with the customer service. Sounds fake but I will literally come back because of the customer service. You don’t see that as much nowadays. Very impressed.
