Product & Design Quality -I ordered about 300 Wayfarer style sunglasses with our company logo on both stems. Originally I choose a frame that was out of stock so customer service suggested a better quality frame but did not charge me extra for that frame. They turned out much better then expected!
Customer Service & Shipping -Shipping was prompt. My only complaint about customer service is that we didn't have a designated rep. I would receive voice mails from one person then when I called the weren't in so I had to speak to someone else. Luckily they must take good notes over there because everyone knew what I needed and was helpful.
