Product & Design Quality -Awesome. The glasses came out perfect and were high quality frames. Everyone at the wedding raved about them.
Customer Service & Shipping -Customer service was not needed because the process was so easy. The proof was returned the same day and I was able to get the glasses a few days later.
Product & Design Quality -The product design and quality were great. Everyone commented on how great the quality was, especially in the sun. They fit everyone including kids and adults really well. The front metal piece on the front came off of one of them out of 100, but that about it. The artwork on the side stayed on even in the pool and the beach. They were perfect for our summer destination wedding. I would have also liked the option to print on both sides, but its ok.
Customer Service & Shipping -Customer service was perfect and fast. They speak English and are very attentive to your specific concerns and inquiries. The price is very reasonable and the shipping was fast. I would definitely order from here again. I'd give 4.5 stars if that were an option.
