Customer Service & Shipping -I finally went back to another email to a person who is in your organization. For weeks I could not reach anyone by phone to reorder my sunglasses. It was most curious. I only remembered the name of the company so I was using my previous order doc to call you. No one ever answered. Its amazing once i found an email from one of your folks I could get an order. What happened to your phone service? It was a bad experience until i got to ordering and then it was perfectly fulfilled. If you do not want to pick up a phone or answer messages ( i left several) then dont have a phone offered at all.
