Product & Design Quality -Our logo was printed on the product as expected. These are good quality sunglasses for the price. Hard plastic, not the cheap flexible stuff. A good size to fit most faces.
Customer Service & Shipping -The website advertised a sale price that was, apparently, only applicable to a couple of colors. There was no indication about the limitations on color to get the special price anywhere on the item page. It took speaking to three different people with the company to get the correct answer. We changed our preferred color to get the special price and paid for expedited shipping. Then, our order was not shipped on time - we were the ones to catch it, rather than receiving any update from the company notifying us that the original ship date changed. Because of this, missed our deadline. Despite multiple requests from us, it was not acknowledged by our "rep" that this was Sunglassville's fault and our REQUESTS for a refund of our expedited shipping (because no mention of a refund for a service we were not receiving was made by anyone at Sunglassville, despite the fact that the missed ship date was their fault) were ignored. It's disappointing that the company would not have an interest in immediately making things right with a customer.

Customer Service & Shipping -Had several empty plastic wraps. Not sure if we received the correct amount of sunglasses ordered
