Product & Design Quality -The sunglasses are of very high quality, and look great! i'm excited to give these to my wedding guests! I've been wearing a pair of them for fun and it's somethiing I can see our guests loving and reusing! One of my friends had gotten these as favors for her wedding, and I loved them because they were perfect for her outdoor ceremony! Also, she said it was really neat seeing her friends wear them later in the year, because it showed they really enjoyed the favor. Note: the glasses come individually wrapped (which I didn't know, going into the the order). Great pricing for the quality of item, and I like how sunglassesville allows you to get free samples of up to 3 different glasses models at a time. This really helped me figure out which color scheme and model number I wanted.
Customer Service & Shipping -Excellent service. A representative called me the day after I placed my order to go over the details and also to tell me when they sent me the final design, so that I could approve. The rep was also very considerate about the timing for which I would need the sunglasses (I'm guessing they need to deal with people trying to get customized glasses very last minute, but I was purchasing mine 2 months in advance, so there was plenty of time). The rep was extremely friendly and easy to work with. Also, whenever I had any questions before placing my order, the live chat feature was very helpful - the reps on there were incredibly responsive, and because of that, it made me feel confident with moving forward with using sunglassesville as my wedding favor vendor. On top of that, excellent pricing for the quality of the item!
